Yoga Strength Class- Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
This strengthening series will focus on laying the foundation to a more confident you. The physical aspect will serve as the groundwork to well structured individual growth. Realizing our ability to physically strengthen our bodies often provides us with a higher sense of accomplishment and in turn, our self worth magnifies and we begin to see that we are capable of anything. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, each class will facilitate an opportunity to build within.
