During this one hour Kundalini Yoga class for the Mooladhara (Root) Chakra we will focus on grounding our energy.
Working with the root chakra enables us to move from fight or flight into calm and supportive energy. We will use a variety of asanas, mantras, mudras, breathing techniques and end in shavasana meditation.
Participants will need a yoga mat. A bolster is recommended for participants in need of additional spinal and pelvic floor support.
