We are so excited to host a Tonglen meditation and Tea world healing circle with Tamara Shaw, an internationally recognized holistic practitioner, homeopath, animal osteopath and animal behavioralist with 20+ years of experience.
Tonglen meditation is a compassionate practice that involves visualizing taking in the suffering of others on the in-breath and sending out love, healing, and happiness on the out-breath. It aims to cultivate empathy, compassion, and a selfless attitude, helping practitioners develop a deeper connection with others and transform their relationship with suffering.
Schedule of event: 
4:00 pm. Attendees will be offered a meditative tea that will help relax and prepare the mind for meditation.
4:15-Meditation begins.
All you need is a yoga mat for this event.
