A Journey Rooted in Tradition and Healing
Welcome to Spring to Health Apothecary, where the wisdom of the plant kingdom meets modern needs. My journey into herbalism began long before I ever imagined it would become my life’s work. Growing up, I was immersed in the rich tradition of folk herbalism, learning from my culture and family the art of healing with herbs. These early lessons became the foundation of my passion for natural wellness.
However, it wasn’t until I was 25 that my path truly unfolded. I began experiencing unexplained leg pain, tingling, and numbness. Despite consulting numerous doctors, I was left without answers or relief. Frustrated and determined, I turned to the herbal wisdom that had been a part of my life since childhood. Through deep exploration and study, I discovered the root cause of my condition and, with the help of herbs, healed myself.
This experience was transformative. It reinforced my belief in the power of plants and set me on a dedicated path to herbalism. When my children were young and faced with ear infections, I chose to treat them with garlic mullein oil instead of the surgery recommended by their pediatrician. To my joy, they healed completely—this was my miracle.
Fueled by these personal successes, I pursued formal education in herbalism, attended herbalism school, and continued self-study. With the unwavering support of my husband, we opened Spring to Health Apothecary in Keller. Together, we craft non-toxic, preservative-free botanical products, teas, and tinctures, and provide clinical consultations and education.
Our mission at Spring to Health Apothecary is simple: to educate and bring awareness to our community about the incredible benefits of the plant kingdom. We believe that nature holds the keys to wellness, and we are here to help you unlock them.
